• Create youth leadership groups (networks).
• Create a group of youth leaders to work with the Latino Connection.
• Create videos with stories and testimonials.
• Create opportunities to serve.

 

Preparation & training of leaders

• Provide ministry growth and development strategies.
• Assist each leader with educational, ministerial and theological resources for better performance in their ministries.
• Serve as a bridge and connection between Hispanic Churches in the USA and the IML-Latin America organization.
• Attend each IML conference with a practical track record for leadership ordination.

 

Promote evangelism and practical discipleship

• Assist leaders in evangelistic training and development through outreach conferences, strategies, and resources..
• Have a database with materials about Dynamic Evangelism.
• Provide a means of contact with leaders who have good results in Evangelism
• Coordinate evangelistic events and activities according to local and district needs.
• Establish optional evangelistic challenges with a focus on souls.

 

Revitalization of established churches and new plantings

• Assist leaders in evangelistic training and development through outreach conferences, strategies, and resources.
• Have a database with materials about Dynamic Evangelism.
